Wellington Club Walking for Charity

The Rotary Club of Wellington joined other clubs to walk  for the Exmoor Challenge today – it was beautiful, though rather breezy! Support was given to Children’s Hospice South West so we hope the turnout is reflected in the money raised for this very worthy cause.

  1. Well done Wellington and the others of team D1200 who turned out in such good numbers on what was predicted to be a wet and windy day. The breaking news is that D 1200 retained the Exmoor Challenge Trophy and the likely benefit to Children’s Hospice South West is predicted at £1400 plus.
