Rotary in Frome helps Frome College [update]

Malcolm Westgate [Youth Lead for Frome Selwood Rotary] writes:

“Martin Carter (Youth lead for District D1200) and I completed the final food run to Frome College today. Ebbie really pulled out the stops providing the following food for 30 hungry students.
Pulled pork roll & Slaw
Sweet potato chips
Sweet corn and saladVeggie burgersChocolate brownies and doughnuts
The photographs show Malcolm handing over food boxes to willing Frome College helpers and flowers and chocolates to Ebbie and staff.
Over the past 7 weeks 420 meals have been delivered to the College. Ebbie’s Kitchen prepared all of the food and only charged actual costs and Wainwright Quarries paid for it all which was very generous. Everyone involved did a great job and it was really appreciated by the students. Two thank you cards have been received signed by many of the students that benefited.I must also thank all of the Rotarians that helped to deliver the food on time and piping hot. It was a 3 Frome Clubs and Midsomer Norton and Radstock Rotary effort which worked well.”
